C. Fuel

As from 16.06.2009 an unrestricted import of fuel in the standard tanks of the commercial vehicles.

	D. Alcohol Level
	The maximum permitted alcohol level for drivers is 0.5‰
	E. Currency
Any person who enters or leaves the EU territory and carries with him cash     totaling to EUR 10 000 or more, is obliged to declare this cash before the customs authorities at the point, through which he enters the Union or exits from it, and makes it available for control.   Any person who crosses the border on foot or as a passenger (as well as a  crewmember) who enters or leaves the territory of Bulgaria by air, road, rail or water transport and carries with him cash of a value of EUR 10 000 or more, shall declare this amount upon request of the customs authorities.
